Dagna Yoke Sweater
Buy both the Dagna Yoke Sweater and the Dagna Cardigan for $13.
Dagna is a traditional, yet modern Nordic Yoke sweater. It is named after my Aunt Dag who immigrated to the US alone when she was 12 years old. She lived with extended family in Minnesota until the rest of her immediate family arrived the next year. I once saw a photo of her skiing. I designed this sweater for her. She also was famous for her raisin cake. It’s included in the pattern. I hope you bake it and love it!
Note that Christian Peter is a boyfriend fit version of Dagna and includes larger sizes and a deeper yoke.
This is a super quick knit. This pullover has bottom up construction, knit in the round. This is the perfect first-time sweater for knitters new to colorwork, The model is wearing an XS.
