The charts from the several sources differ slightly.
Kunststrick Muster 1520:
Beyer Band 711:
Filigrane Spitzendecken:
- 184 rounds
- ca. 81128 stitches
- 260g “dünne Kunstseide” and 2.5mm needles
- size Ø 140 cm / 55.1”
……E…r…r…a…t…a……
The chart doesn’t match the picture. The picture shows 11 strings in the petals, but the chart produces only 10. The strings run from row 81..121 and are made of yo,k2tog-sequences on the left side and ssk,yo-sequences on the right side. This can be fixed if the rows 99…101 are repeated one time. The total number of rows will be 188 then.
Fig. 23 in Lavori 11:
- 178 rounds (center is different, 10 strings)
- 300g cotton Cablé 5 and 3 mm needles
- size Ø 110 cm/ 43.3”.
Note: There are two designers listed for Beyer Band 711: Herbert Niebling and Marianne Vitt. Please see this forum post for an explanation of why Marianne Vitt is the presumed designer of this pattern.
