This pattern is available in english and in french. When you buy this pattern, you can download 4 files (2 in english and 2 in french). In each language, there is one file optimized for use on phone and tablet and another for paper printing.

Daintree is a sweater with a nice cable pattern on each side of the body.
You can choose between 2 versions:
The spring/summer version without sleeves and with a scoop neckline.
The autumn/winter version with long sleeves and elongated body.

This sweater is knitted seamlessly from the top down. It starts at the shoulders, with some short rows and increases for the neckline.
The back and the front are worked flat up to the armholes and then joined to continue the body in the round.
The sleeves are picked up at the armholes and also worked in the round.

Gauge:
24 sts x 35 rs = 4” x 4” (10 x 10 cm) in stockinette st with 3,5mm (US4) needles
28 sts x 35 rs = 4”x4” (10 cm x 10 cm) in cable pattern st and 3,5 mm (US 4) needles.

Sizes:
XS (S, M, L, XL, 2XL) for a finished bust circumference 40 (41.5, 43.25, 46.5, 49.5, 54.5)“/ 100 (104, 108, 116, 124, 136) cm with 7.75”/20 cm of positive ease

Materials:

• Sleeveless sweater: The Fibre Co, Canopy fingering (50% alpaca, 30% wool, 20% viscose, 200 yds/183 m. for 50 g), 5 (5, 6, 6, 7, 8) skeins or about 885 (950, 1020, 1160, 1260, 1445) yds/810 (870, 930, 1060, 1150, 1320) m. of fingering weight yarn.
• Long sleeves sweater: The Fibre Co, Canopy fingering (50% alpaca, 30% wool, 20% viscose, 200 yds/183 m. for 50 g), 7 (7, 8, 8, 9, 10) skeins or about 1205 (1310, 1420, 1530, 1750, 1880) yds/1100 (1200, 1300, 1400, 1600, 1720) m. of fingering weight yarn.
• 3,5mm (US4) circular needle or size to obtain gauge.
• 3mm (US21/2) circular needle.
• 1 cable needle.
• 6 markers.
• 1 hook and contrast yarn for provisional cast on.
• Waste yarn to put on hold.

Daintree est un pull avec un joli motif torsadé des 2 côtés du corps.

Vous pourrez le porter toute l’année grâce à ses 2 versions :
La version printemps/été sans manches et avec une encolure dégagée.
La version automne/hiver avec des manches longues et un corps allongé.

Il est tricoté du haut vers le bas sans couture.
Vous commencerez par le haut du devant, puis le haut du dos tous les deux tricotés en aller-retour, le corps sera ensuite tricoté en rond à partir du dessous des bras.
Les mailles des manches seront relevées pour les tricoter en rond jusqu’aux poignets.

Echantillon :
24 m. x 35 rgs = 10 x 10 cm de jersey avec les aiguilles n°3,5
28 m. x 35 rgs = 10 x 10 cm pour le motif torsadé avec les aiguilles n°3,5

Tailles :
XS (S, M, L, XL, 2XL) pour un tour de buste final de 100 (104, 108, 116, 124, 136) cm porté avec 20 cm d’aisance positive.

• Pour la version manches longues : 7 (7, 8, 8, 9, 10) écheveaux de Canopy fingering de The Fibre Co (50% alpaga, 30% laine, 20% viscose, 183 m. pour 50g), ou environ 1100 (1200, 1300, 1400, 1600, 1720) m. de fil fingering.
• Aiguilles n°3,5 ou de la taille permettant d’obtenir l’échantillon indiqué.
• Aiguilles n°3 ou d’1/2 taille plus petite que celle permettant d’obtenir l’échantillon indiqué.
• 1 aiguille à torsade (facultative, les torsades pouvant se tricoter sans aiguille à torsade).
• 6 anneaux marqueurs.
• 1 crochet et du fil contrastant pour le montage provisoire des mailles.
• Aiguilles auxiliaires ou morceau de fil pour mettre en attente les mailles.
