Dainty Dishcloth
This dishcloth is crocheted in 8/8 cotton yarn, so it turns out sturdy and durable. Cotton can stand to be washed at high temperatures, and it holds its shape well. The cloth is made of rows of sc and then a border of picots around it.
This is a project suitable for beginners as well, as it only uses the most common basic stitches (except for the picot, which is explained in the pattern).
Materials:
- 8/8 cotton yarn. One cloth used approx. 40 grams.
- Hook size 4.50 mm
- Darning needle
Gauge:
20 sc per 10 cm / 4”
Size:
Approx. 20 cm / 8”
