Dainty Knitted Singlet
This rosy singlet, knitted in soft cream wool, is very choice for evening wear, for it gives that extra warmth to the wearer without the ugly appearance of coarse, thick straps at the top.
The rose pink colouring of the stocking-web stitch darn worked across the front is again picked up by the threading of ribbon through the crochet, so giving a bright touch to to otherwise cream knitting.
Materials: 4 ozs. 3-ply cream wool.
One small skein rose pink embroidery
wool. 2 1/4 yards rose pink baby ribbon.
Two No. 7 needles.
bone crochet hook.
