Newborn Baby Dainty Lacy Bonnet Knitting Pattern

An easy baby bonnet with eyelet pattern detail. Ideal as a newborn photo prop

MATERIALS REQUIRED:
Yarn: 1 x 25g ball of Any Lace-weight / 2ply yarn. I used Drops Kid-Silk Alpaca (knitted using 2 strands at a time)

Knitting Needles: 5.5mm / US9

Crochet hook for the chain neckties (optional- you can use ribbon or make a little plait instead)

Notes: I usually knit using a circular needle, as I find it faster, but I knit back and forth, not in the round, so you can use either circular needles or straight needles and do the same.
