Daisy cardigan is a classical raglan worked back and forth on long circular needles top-down with raglan increases. To make the cardigan anatomically comfortable to wear, short rows were used after the collar to shape the neck opening. The sleeves are worked in the round on double-pointed needles or with the magic loop technique. This pattern is so customizable depending on your preferences for length. This cardigan should be worn with 2.5-5 inches/6-13 cm in positive ease at the chest.

The sizes 3-4 years (5-6 years) 7-8 years (9-10 years) 11-12 years correspond to a chest measurement of approximately 21-21.5 (22-23) 23.5-25 (25.5-27) 27.5-30 inches/53-55 (56-58) 59-63 (64-69) 70-76 cm.

5-6 years 26 inches/67 cm

Gauge swatch (blocked):
24 stitches x 43 rows in garter stitch on U.S. 3 (3.25 mm) needles = 4x4 inches/10x10 cm

Suggested needles:
U.S. 3 (3.25 mm) circular needles and U.S. 3 (3.25 mm) double-pointed needles (if you will be not working using the Magic Loop Technique), or the necessary needle size to obtain gauge

Suggested yarn:
Sport (12 wpi) weight yarn (Cotton 100%; 50g (1.8Oz) = 175 yards (160 m): main color 150 (200) 250 (300) 350 g, contrast color 25 (25) 25 (25) 25 g. Drops Safran used.
