Daisy Chain Headband
This headband is a crochet beginner friendly pattern that only requires you to know: single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet and slip stitch. This should be a fun introduction to granny squares and be a quick project to keep your ears warm!
Materials:
Koigu Kersti DK Merino Crêpe (50g) (substitute Koigu Jasmine)
1 x 50g Skein K0000 (natural white in example) Colour A
7 x colours that complement each other (for the blocks and the centre of the flowers), 1 skein each. Colours B,C, D, E, F, G (if using Koigu Jasmine, these can be pencil skeins)
Note* You do not need very much of each colour (other than the main colour (A)) so you may also use partial skeins/stash yarn for the 7 granny square colours instead of full skeins. Just make sure they are all DK weight. You can also decide to only use 3 colours for the blocks if you want to make 2 squares the same to use more of each skein. Colour choice & layout is very much up to you!*
Yarn from koigu.com/shop @koiguwool
Hook & tools:
4.0mm (G-6 US) crochet hook - Tapestry needle
