Part of the Daisy Chains Collection, the Daisy Chains Vest is a cute addition to your spring / summer wardrobe. Using a combination of lightweight, open stitches along with simple rows of double crochet she’ll be your favourite layering piece.

She is made in two parts which are then joined together with slip stitch. No sewing involved!

Using basic stitches and a repetitive pattern she is beginner friendly and hooks up quickly with minimal attention needed.

Pattern is written in English US crochet terminology.

Sizing
I have used the Craft Yarn Council standard measurements as guidance. I suggest measuring your chest and using the below guide to determine your size.

Size: To fit check size (inch):
XS: 28/30
S: 32/34
M: 36/38
L: 40/42
XL: 44/46
2XL: 48/50
3XL: 52/54
4XL: 56/58
5XL: 60/62

Gauge:
You should meet the gauge with 16 DC x 8 Rows.

With a 4.5mm hook, CH 18.

R1: 1 DC in 4th CH from hook (the skipped CH3 counts as 1 DC), 1 DC in every CH, turn (16).

R2: CH3 (counts as 1 DC), DC in every ST, DC in 3rd CH from previous row (16).

Repeat R2 six more times.

This should make a 4” x 4” square. Adjust your hook size to obtain the gauge.
