This appears to be an Old Shetland Lace pattern called “Daisy”. I used this lace pattern to make a rectangle shawl with diagonal rows of the lace for the pattern. This is a fairly easy lace pattern, but you do need to pay attention and as with any lace pattern a life line is recommended. The double yo’s may present a problem on the purl row unless you knit the first one and purl the 2nd one.
