The Daisy Socks are worked toe-up with a short-row heel.
The socks are worked in two colours, and the third colour is added at the end using duplicate stitch.

Gauge:
Stranded knitting: 46 sts x 46 rounds on 1.5 mm needles, or whichever needed to obtain gauge = 10 x 10 cm after washing and blocking.
Stockinette: 42 sts x 60 rounds on 1.5 mm needles, or whichever needed to obtain gauge = 10 x 10 cm after washing and blocking.
2x2 ribbing: 38 sts on 1.5 mm needles, or whichever needed to obtain gauge = 10 cm after washing and blocking.
NB: as the socks are worked in the round, it is very important that the swatches are also worked in the round.
