If you use similar yarn and hook size, your S size tortoise will be 3.9 in = 10 cm in diameter of the shell and 4.3 in = 11 cm high, M size tortoise will be 4.7 in = 12 cm in diameter of the shell and 4.7 in = 12 cm high.
