Dakota Trails Crocheted Dishcloth is a geometric motif which is a circle inside a diamond inside a square. It is a good project for an advanced beginner, and utilizes single crochet, double crochet, half double crochet and treble crochet. It has a native American influence in design, and the predominately dark brown motif echos earth colors. This motif is adaptible to many projects such as a blankets or pillows or projects in which several squares are sewn or crocheted together. Each dishcloth is about 7.5 inches square, but gauge is not important. By switching the position of the light and dark yarn, you have a completely different look. I suggest using 4 colors of yarn, and it is perfect for using small amounts of yarn. Color A uses 9 yds., Color B uses 2 yds., Color C uses 28 yds., and Color D uses 9 yds.
