Dana Cabled Gauntlets
Introduction
May we introduce “Dana” to you, a pair of beautifully proud cable gauntlets, perfect for keeping out the chill while allowing us to craft, or spend time in the garden, in cooler weather.
These gauntlets are dedicated to Dana Houston. My friend and one of my most ardent supporters, she is always encouraging, always positive and a constant source of inspiration. It was she who suggested taking some of the romance and adventure from “Outlander” onto our knitting needles and here is the result: a pair of elegant gauntlets, with a bold yet tactile cable that just invites tracing its near-infinity loops with your fingertips. I hope you enjoy knitting them – and, if knitted for yourself, I hope you enjoy wearing them too.
