I saw this blouse on a TV personality and instantly fell in love with it. Only the upper portion was visible, so I used my imagination and “reverse engineered” the blouse.

This blouse is worked in rounds from the bottom up until you get to the armholes. Then it is worked in rows up to the straps. The way I have written the pattern, there is minimal sewing of only the top part of the straps.
