This is a digital pattern for “Dapper Danver Carrot Bunch” plushie pack designed by Sara Paulsen of SoulCandy Crochet. A basic knowledge of crochet is required, but this pattern is definitely advanced beginner friendly. This is a no-sew pattern with the full top and body crocheted in 1 piece. The construction and size make these carrots and Dapper Dans a perfect market addition as well. No gauge is provided for this item as varying tensions will cause different outcomes, meeting gauge isn’t necessary to ensure a great outcome for this project! This pattern includes 4 options: Small or Large Regular Carrot as well as Small or Large Dapper Dan the Carrot.

●Carrots are worked from the top down in a continuous spiral. I found it easiest to go back and work the carrot top after finishing the main carrot body. Arms/Legs get pushed to front as you work the next row, you will not work into the arms or legs.
●Pattern can be worked using any size yarn with corresponding hook that results in stitches that will not expose stuffing.
●Construction: This pattern is worked in a solid continuous piece with no sewing. The carrot top detail is crocheted onto the piece after completing the carrot body. If you are making the “Dapper Dan” version, there are alternate rows highlighted to add the arms and legs. Please note that with different tensions, you may need to shift your legs a stitch or two which is completely fine, the important thing is to just make sure they are in line with the arms.
●Pattern instructions are formatted to be printer friendly with photos on a separate page. Photos are included on page 3 to aid in safety eye placement and making the carrot top.
