Daring Diamonds Socks
If you would like to be the first to hear about new pattern releases, get special subscriber only discounts, and generally keep in touch with Knitwise Design, you may want to sign up for my newsletter: News and Notes from Knitwise Design.
These diamonds twist down the leg of your sock like daring aerialists. They are formed from twisted stitches - with no need for a cable needle. Ribbed construction makes for a stretchy sock that is comfortable and stays in place. This design is good looking on both men and women. Dare yourself to make a pair!
Socks are worked from the cuff down. The design is appropriate for intermediate knitters familiar with working socks in the round on dpns. There is a link to an instructional video I made about working the twisted stitches - so no previous experience with that technique is required. Pattern is 4 pages long and includes charts for all sizes. If you prefer to work the charts from written out directions, there is a second pdf you can download for that. Pattern has been test knit and professionally tech edited to be clear and free of errors.
