Darling Dotty is a soft, feminine, crescent shawl featuring an all-over dotty pattern and a sweeping border of light-weight bobbles.
Starting with a tab cast-on and knitted from the top down in sport weight yarn, Darling Dotty is a beautiful addition to a summer wardrobe and looks gorgeous draped around your shoulders during cool evenings.
Full of stitches that are fun to make and simple to master, Darling Dotty includes written and charted directions and is ideal for experienced knitters and adventurous beginners with a love of spots, pops and polka-dots.

Depth at the widest part approx. 17”/46 cm (blocked)
GAUGE
16 sts/28 rows = 4”/10 cm in stockinette after wet blocking.
YARN
2 skeins of Merino Silk Sport by Skein Artisan Yarn & Fibre (50% merino / 50% silk) 95g = 363 yds/332 m colourway “Buttermilk”.
Approx. 656 yds/600 m of sport weight yarn.
NEEDLES & NOTIONS
Size US 6/4 mm circular needle, at least 24”/60 cm long.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Six stitch markers.
