Date Squares Dishcloth is the May 2023 pattern for the Year of Dishcloths. The inspiration for this month’s dishcloth design is a nostalgic, comfort food dessert that many of us remember from our childhood.  Although I don’t think I ever ate a date square until I was married and discovered it was one of my husband’s favourite desserts, it quickly became a favourite of mine too!
