Materials. You need 200 gram Artistic yarn by Kauni (Variegated yarn Kauni), 100% wool, 800 meters/100 gram. Kauni comes in hanks. Before knitting you need to rewind the hanks of yarn into balls. You need also 200 gram solid (single-colored) fine mohair, 900 meters/100 gram.

Gauge 20 st(s) x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm. (44 inch)

Knitting needle size. You need needles № 3,5 (Russian) №4 (American) or №10 (British)

Stockinette st (St st). Right side - knit stitches; wrong side - purl stitches.
1st row (RS): knit
2nd row (WS): purl
Shortened rows are stockinette stitches.
