Get through Wednesday with this color-blocked sweater vest! This vest knits up quickly using intarsia techniques and is suitable for beginners.

Pattern is written in sizes Small, Medium, Large, XL, and XXL, but is easily scaled up or down using a bit of math.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:
Small: 18 inches across, 21 inches tall (laid flat)
Medium: 20 inches across, 21 inches tall (laid flat)
Large: 22 inches across, 23 inches tall (laid flat)
XL: 24 inches across, 26 inches tall (laid flat)
XXL: 26 inches across, 26 inches tall (laid flat)

Suggested yarn is an alpaca/acrylic blend worsted weight yarn, but any worsted weight yarn will work.

Yardage: 200 – 500 yards in Color A (white in the sample); 400 – 650 in color B (black in the sample)

Note: This pattern requires working with four skeins at a time, two in each color. You can manually split a skein in half.

The sample for this pattern was knit in size large and used about two and a half skeins of Lion Brand’s Touch of Alapaca yarn in black and just under two skeins of Yarn bee’s Alapaca Twist in white.
