Step-by-step video tutorial.

Summer calls for effortless knitting projects! The Daydream Zephyr sweater is a perfect example of how to knit a sweater that’s both stylish and beginner-friendly!

This sweater is named after the gentle breeze of the Mediterranean, and can be knitted with plant-based yarn for those summer evenings, or with a soft wool for cozy autumn weekends.

It’s a “basically basic” design featuring timeless thin elegant stripes, and a simple cable pattern that adds a touch of charm.

♥ SKILL LEVEL: Designed for knitters who know how to knit and purl. The pattern offers step-by-step instructions and a full video tutorial for creating this sweater with confidence.

♥ PATTERN. Instant download PDF file in both cm and inches. Additionally, I’ve prepared a Knitting Project Planner exclusively for the top-down raglan sweater, including a round counter.

♥ LANGUAGE: English (use ChatGPT or Gemini to translate it into your native language).

♥ METHOD: This sweater is crafted seamlessly using circular needles, and it’s worked from the top down. It starts at the neckline, progressing into a yoke. We’ll add rows to the Back, working flat between the raglan lines to create a flap that shapes the neckline.
The yoke is then divided to create both the body and sleeves, which are finished separately.

♥ CUSTOMIZE Your Sweater: Choose your style, sleeve length, and fit.

♥ 10 SIZES: 2XS, XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL. Check out the chart on the photo to help you decide which size to choose.
This sweater is designed with approx. 15-19 cm/ 6-7.5 inches of positive ease.
I am wearing a size S and, I am 168 cm tall (5’6’’) with a 89 cm (35 inches) bust circumference.
