This pattern was created for my teen son as he was preparing to undergo chemotherapy. Although I wan’t thrilled with his love of the movie Deadpool, I learned to embrace it since it has become my son’s personal symbol for overcoming cancer. Who can argue with that?

I wrote this pattern as I was creating it and have not tested it since then. Please let me know if you need any clarification or corrections.

Update: The increases in this pattern are not really necessary due to the stretchy yarn. You can still use them but feel free to eliminate them and work the pattern evenly.
