Deano Quinn's Jumper
Beginning with the lower edge rib to the back, the main part of this pattern is worked using mitred squares. Each mitred square is worked separately, entrelac style, not breaking off the yarn at the end of each square. The squares are worked in diagonal rows by picking up the stitches from the previously worked squares and/or rib.
The yarn is only broken off at the end of each row of squares and re-joined at the beginning for the next row of squares.
An intermediate skill level is needed for this pattern.
For bigger sizes this pattern can be used with an Aran weight yarn and suggested size 5.00mm or 5.50mm needles.
