Deb's Meadow Spa Cloth
The Deb’s Meadow Spa Cloth is named after an alpine meadow located off of Owl Creek Pass in the Cimarron Mountains of Southwest Colorado! It available here individually or as one of three cloths available in my eBook called the Cimarron Spa Cloth Collection. Check my Ravelry Shop for that bundled option.
The interesting texture in this cloth forms a subtle diagonal pattern on the front side. It uses a combination of single crochet stitches with a modified extended single crochet in an easy 4 row repeat. The back of the cloth has a simple, elegant, even texture formed by rows of single crochet. Both sides are modern, and beautiful will be great addition to a home spa! It would also add a handmade touch to a spa themed gift!
The Deb’s Meadow Spa cloth is thin enough that it will dry efficiently, and the stitch pattern is structured so that it won’t stretch out excessively. It will make an equally fine kitchen dish cloth if you prefer to use it that way instead!
This pattern is written for an 8 or 9.5 inch (20.3 or 22.8 cm) square spa cloth. It is worked in rows. If you wish you can add or subtract from its width by increasing or decreasing the number of chains in the starting chain, just make sure that you start with an even number of chains. If you want to modify the length of your cloth, simply add or subtract rows, but be sure to end on a RS row.
