SUMMER SALE ~ 25% off all self published patterns and collections until the 25th July with the code SCHOOLSOUT ~ Happy Knitting!
Pattern Notes:
This sweet, classic-looking little cardigan has an unusual construction. First, stitches are provisionally cast on for the upper back, which is worked bottom up. The shoulders and neckline are then shaped and continued into the fronts, such that the whole yoke is worked in one piece. The provisionally cast on stitches are then undone and the whole piece is joined to work the lace body top-down. Stitches are then picked up for the sleeves, which are worked seamlessly in the round from the top down. The hems and cuffs are finished with garter stitch.
