This pattern is for a newborn beanie hat complete with a fur yarn pom pom. The pattern also includes the coordinated newborn pillow knitted from fur yarn. Both the beanie and pillow are knitted flat and sewn together.

For this pattern, you’ll need approximately 90 yds of fur yarn and 35 yds of any DK weight yarn. You’ll also need a small amount of Polyfill for stuffing the pillow

You’ll also need U.S. Size 10 (6mm)( for knitting the pillow) and U.S. Size 6 (4mm)( for knitting the hat) knitting needles
