So this hat was an accident but I think it’s a pretty cute accident!⁠ Last summer I started designing an ocean waves hat, but the first “waves” pattern I used looked so much like Christmas garland that I decided it just had to join our At The North Pole Collection. So here’s our deck the halls hat with Christmas garland and holly berries!

Newborn (0-3 months)
Circumference (unstretched): 12”
Length: 5.5”

Baby (6-12 months)
Circumference (unstretched): 13.5”
Length: 6.5”

Baby (6-12 months)
Circumference (unstretched): 15”
Length: 7.5”

This pattern doesn’t have a lot of stretch, so if you’re in between sizes, I recommend going up a size

21S x 30R = 4” in stockinette stitch (white and red)
20S x 26R = 4” in stockinette stitch (dark pine)

Lion Brand Yarn 24/7 Cotton
--> Less than 1 ball each: red & white
Lily Sugar ‘n Cream
--> Less than 1 ball of dark pine
