The Declan Bonnet knits up in just over an hour and requires knowledge of basic knit, purl and knitting two stitches together. It requires worsted (#4) yarn, size 5.0 mm straight needles, size 5.0 mm crochet hook, tapestry needle, measuring tape and scissors.

You will require basic crochet knowledge for the ties, or you could also use sari silk or ribbon.
