The cabled pattern of this blanket looks like waves or ripples of the “deep blue” sea. There are two different twist rows to keep it interesting and the other rows are quite repetitive, so it is easy to work.

You may use yarn and hook of choice and make this blanket to any dimensions. Sample blanket was made using a sport weight (5ply or size 2) yarn and crochet hook size H (5.0 mm). Sample finished size was approx. 30” x 36”.
