This Project was designed to create a custom color gradation blend. I have outlined the sequence of colors below using 9 yarns. You can be creative by using your own sequence, mixing and adding the yarns as they run out. There is no right or wrong way to individualize this pattern, only creativity. Keep in mind that a pattern is only a guideline to your artistic freedom.
A1 - darkest color in at worsted wgt (min. 82 yards)
A2 - tonal shade of A1 in textured yarn worsted to aran or lt. bulky wgt. (min. 142 yards)
B1 - next lighter shade of A color, textured yarn like a worsted wgt mohair. (min. 120 yards)
B2 - tonal of B1 in a at yarn worsted to aran or lt. bulky wgt. (min. 126 yards)
C1 - tonal of B2 in a at yarn worsted to aran or lt. bulky wgt. (min. 110 yards)
C2 - lighter shade tonal of C1 in at worsted yarn like A1 (min. 136 yards)
D1 - Color pop yarn in at worsted to Aran weight (min. 94 yards)
D2 - Tonal of D1 with some texture (min. 145 yards)
D3 - chunky tonal colored yarn to coordinate with D1 & D2 - StevenBe Handspun/ or DK to worsted weight mohair. (min. 44 yards)
