A comfortable, stretchy version of a flat cap with deep ribs for textural style.

I decided to create a stitch chart for this hat, which shows the pattern clearly and simply. I also included a page of traditional written instructions for the band and brim part of the hat, just to make sure that the design is easy to follow and execute.

The hat uses approximately 100-120yds of yarn when using size J or K crochet hook.

The pattern is in the intermediate range.
