I designed this pattern, with the help of my brother, for his and my sister-in-law’s first baby! He was really excited about doing a deer - I think the love of woodland creatures runs in our family :) but he did not want a cartoon deer with the big eyes, so I adorned her with flowers instead!

I just realized that I don’t think female deer have antlers…oops. Oh well, the hat is for a girl so the flowers are a cute touch anyway. You’re welcome to change the colors (or skip the flowers altogether) if you’re knitting this for a boy.
