This cute double brim braid style beanie is knit in the round bottom up, there are two sizes, child/small teen & adult. There is also a option to make longer towards the end if needed.

The inner layer of the double brim is stockinette, the outer layer a 2x2 rib which is then joined to create a double brim.

Materials :
• 1.5 balls of Fiddlesticks Peppin 14, 115 grams (112 metres) for child or 138 grams (134 metres) adult size.
You could also use Heirloom Merino Magic Chunky,
Malabrigo Chunky,
Cascade 220 superwash grande or any yarn that recommends 6mm needles.

Also needed:
• Cable needle
• 6mm, 16” circular needles
• Stitch markers
• 6mm double pointed needles (for decreasing)
• Darning needle
