Delightful Day is a light and lovely shawl that will brighten up your day. A fun and quick knit for spring :)

It is a crescent shaped shawl with a curved top edge, worked top-down in one piece from the centre out. The shawl is worked as a stockinette based body that is structured with garter stripes and eyelets. A horizontal braid is transitioning to a lovely modern lace border which is then worked at the bottom and adds an elegant feminine detail.

The pattern contains written as well as charted instructions.

YARN:
Any yarn weight from fingering to dk will work well for this pattern.
Allow approx. 550yds / 500m to get the size of the sample.
Yarn used for sample:
Wollmeise Blend (light sport weight, 100g = 546yds/499m),
1 skein in colourway Tutu light on 4 mm/US 6 needles
