Delightful Donuts
I donut about you… but I love donuts! Do you spell it donut or doughnut!? This amigurumi crochet donut pattern works up quickly and makes the perfect addition to a play kitchen… get ready to party!

This pattern has been rated as “Advanced Beginner” meaning it is suitable for confident beginners to crochet/amigurumi. This pattern assumes knowledge of basic crochet stitches and techniques, including making a magic ring, working in the round, increasing and decreasing and colour changes. All of these techniques can be easily learnt through free online tutorials if you are not familiar with them.
Finished product size is approximately 10cm in diameter when made with a 3mm hook and DK/8ply yarn.
Stitches used include: chain, single crochet, slip stitch, increase, decrease.
Materials needed: cotton yarn (less than 50g in DK/8ply in light brown and pink, plus a length of approximately 60cm in variegated rainbow yarn for sewing on the sprinkles), crochet hook, toy stuffing, yarn needle to sew in ends, scissors, stitch markers if desired.
