The Delightfully Yours……patterns are designed to allow you, the crocheter, to create your own unique ombre’ colorway!!! Pattern includes a FULL tutorial to allow you to easily dye your completed project in the colorway of your choosing using RIT dye!! These designs also work well with ‘pre-colored’ cottons!! Whether you choose to go all out and create your own unique masterpiece through dyeing or use a pre-colored cotton, these designs are sure to please! Tons of texture in an easy to remember stitch repeat allows you to hook up multiple pieces in a short time span!

Please note: the technique used in these designs to create your own ombre’ is not what you can readily find on YouTube. I used my ‘skills’ from dyeing with acid dyes and ‘created’ a method of using RIT dye to create a ombre’ with definitive color changes that flow smoothly.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE PIECES THAT ARE ‘PERFECTLY’ MATCHED ONCE DYED, YOU NEED TO CREATE ALL PIECES AND DYE IN THE SAME DYE BATH!!

If you are planning to dye your piece:
Use WHITE 100% cotton
You will need additional supplies (listed within pattern). These items are generally readily found in your kitchen!
You will need Rit Dye (liquid). Be SURE you do not pick up ‘synthetic’. Can be found in most grocery and retail stores (usually in the laundry section).
