A felted wool, crushable, softly structured hat, Delilah is knit in the round then felted in a washing machine. The hat body is tapered slightly inward from the crown to the brim, and the brim is rolled gently upward for a easy casual feel. The hat is winter weight and covers the ears.
MATERIALS:
3 skeins Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Worsted
Color: Tumeric ; 225 yards
1 skein Knit Picks Provincial Tweed; Color: Caramel; 225 yards
Needles: Size US10.5 circular needle or Size US10.5 double pointed needles (size to achieve gauge) to work in the round
Notions: Scissors, tapestry needle, stitch markers, and washing machine for felting
