Delilah’s Wings is knitted in 8 ply or DK cotton from BWM.
It is knitted in a delicate cable pattern within stocking stitch (stockinette), bordered by 1x1 rib knitting. It is a sleeveless top well suited to warmer weather, or wearing under a cardigan or other.
Being knitted in cotton it is breathable for baby’s comfort.
Longer lasting wear will be achieved if washed by hand.
Sizes available are from 6 months to 2 year old.
Knitted with 3.75mm and 4.00mm small circular needles. You could use dpns or magic loop method as well.
A versatile garment, pretty enough to give as a gift for a baby.

My normal gauge with this yarn in stocking stitch is 22 sts over 10cm (4 inches), but the cables pull it in to 25 sts over 10cm.
