Delta es una camiseta de verano muy ligera que te recomiendo tejer con una fibra muy fresquita, como por ejemplo la seda o el lino. Yo utilicé Solaris, de Feliz y Punto Yarns tejida con las agujas de 3mm. Su construcción es muy sencilla: se empieza por el cuello con un calado en forma de triángulo y se teje hacia abajo, comenzando con unas vueltas cortas y continuando con el calado principal. Al llegar a la zona más ancha del pecho, se separa el cuerpo de las mangas, que quedan en espera. Se continúa el cuerpo recto y se remata con los mismos calados que en el cuello. Para las mangas en espera se recogen los puntos, se tejen algunas vueltas y se rematan con el mismo calado que en el cuello y el bajo del cuerpo.
Estos calados en forma de triángulo me recuerdan mucho a la letra griega Delta, por eso lleva ese nombre.

Delta Tee is a very light summer Tee shirt that I recommend you knit with a very cool fiber, such as silk or linen. I used Solaris by Feliz y Punto Yarns and knitted it with 3 mm needles. Its construction is very simple: we start from the neck with a triangle-shaped lace and we work top-down, starting with a few short rows and continuing with the main lace.
On the widest area of the chest, the body is separated from the sleeves, which are left on hold. You can choose between two options to knit the body: straight or A-shaped body. Then you finish with the same lace as on the neck. For the sleeves on hold, the stitches are picked up, a few rows are knitted and finished with the same lace as on the neck and the hem of the body.
These triangle-shaped lace reminds me a lot of the Greek letter Delta, that’s why it has that name
