I used Drops Paris 100% cotton, which is an Aran or Worsted weight yarn, with a 5mm hook. A 50g ~ 75m ball will give you 6 scrubbies.

When working Puff Stitch remember to keep the height of your stitches even. I always close a puff stitch with a chain 1 as I find this keeps the stitches neater and more secure.
