Instructions for a headband and beanie

Demeter is designed for Finnish Vuonue Elsa yarn. It is fingering weight 40 tex x 2, 100% sheep wool.
Demeter is worked as two threads held together.
You can use any of the yarns from Elsa family, there is selection of undyed, colored, recycled and rescued yarns.
The yarns are available in www.vuonue.fi/en
Elsa skein = 100g (3,53 ounces) = about 360 m (390 yards)
The usage for a headband is about 40 gr, and for a beanie about 90 gr.

You will need 40 cm circular needle on size 4.0-4.5, and one cable needle or double pointed needle for the cablework.
You will need 4.0-4.5 size double pointed needles if you work the beanie.
For the finishing you will need a crochet hook or blunt pointed sewing needle.

The instruction is onesize, which will suit adult head at least on sizes 55-58.

Ohjeet pipoon ja pantaan

Demeterin lanka on Vuonue Elsa, fingering paksuinen lanka, 140 tex x 2.
Voit käyttää neuleeseen mitä tahansa Vuonuen Elsa-lankaa. Lanka neulotaan kaksinkertaisena.

Elsat myydään vyyhdeissä 100gr = n. 360 m 
Pantaan tarvitset lankaa noin 40 gr, ja pipoon noin 90 gr.

Puikot ja muut tarvikkeet
40 cm pyöröpuikko 4.0-4.5, lisäksi tarvitset palmikkopuikon tai muun apupuikon.
Sukkapuikot 4.0-4.5 jos neulot pipon.
Viimeistelyyn tarvitset parsinneulan tai virkkuukoukun.
Voit käyttää hahmottamiseen silmukkamerkkejä apuna.

Koko on aikuisen onesize, noin 55-58 kokoon.
