This pattern is a Bohus replica and the KIT became available late 2011. Originally designed by Kerstin Olsson in 1967 for Bohus Stickning and recreated by Solveig Gustafsson.
This pattern is for the cardigan/pull-over - there is also Den Rutiga (The Checkerboard) Barrett (Tam) and Den Rutiga (The Checkerboard) Triangular Scarf
Orange Ruta was a name assigned to the sweater in an exhibit and it translates roughly as the Orange Square - it was never a proper name for this design
