I have always wanted to make a collection of ‘denim’ with a red, white, and blue theme. This pattern is for 5 pieces—a pair of overalls, a jumper, and a sunhat in a denim shade of blue, and two tops to match; a red and whited striped long sleeved onesie, and a short sleeved white onesie.

This pattern is sized for American Girl Bitty Baby®, Corolle Mon Bebe Classique®, Baby Stella®, and Cabbage Patch® babies. It will fit other soft-bodied baby dolls, but these are the ones I have used for fitting. Baby Stella® are shorter than the other two (as you will see from the pictures) so you may want to shorten the arms and legs. The American Girl Bitty Baby® is the largest of the dolls, so that is the size I knit for.

A note about overall straps - after watching my kiddos play with my patterns I have stopped putting button holes and buttons on overall straps, but you can certainly finish them with a button hole and button if you prefer.
