Derwisch

Have you ever seen the dance of he whirling derwishes? Round and round they go. The coats flying, one palm facing heaven, the other one facing earth they dance themselves into a trance. Derwisch is a full circle shawl and when you are a knitter who is able to loose herself in knitting it is like meditating.

The shawl’s diameter is 165 cm. Folded, it warms your shoulders. Unfolded, it is a perfect plaid on cold days.

Errata: there is a small errata in the English version: Part 8, there is an extra asterisk in the middle of the cast off section, which shouldn’t be there. Just repeat the whole cast off process again until it is finished.

„Derwisch“ ist ein rundes Tuch und wenn Sie beim Stricken Muse haben und gut abschalten können, kann es etwas Meditatives haben.
Das Tuch hat etwa 165 cm Durchmesser.
Zusammengelegt wärmt es die Schultern.
Auseinandergefaltet dient es an kalten Tagen auch als Plaid.
