About this pattern:
This pattern is intended for Beginners. You should know how to work a Magic Ring, basic Stitches, and how to sew pieces together. This pattern is written using American terms and is worked in continuous rounds unless otherwise specified. Finished size depends on personal tension, yarn and hook size. For this project I used worsted weight yarn, a 3.5mm hook, and my finished Jellyfish is approx 13 in long. You can use any yarn weight and hook you would like; it will just make the jellyfish bigger or smaller. I have also used blanket yarn and a 7mm hook to make a bigger plushie. When working with blanket yarn I omit R1 of the dome and start my Mr with 12 Sc. This will help you avoid “coning” that can happen when you’re working with tight stitches in rounds with blanket yarn.

3.5mm Crochet hook
