- How’s that? A yarn crawl? Yep - even if you can’t travel, or shops aren’t able to open yet, we’re on: the Slow Crawl is virtual this year, too! That actually means you can join in from anywhere!

This shawl is simple enough to knit while watching the waves and digging your toes in the sand while still being interesting enough to keep you from napping too much.
Difficulty Level: adventurous beginner
Size: wingspan 64”, depth 28”, side 44”
Yarn: 1 skein Uneek Fingering (100g/435 yrds I used about 395 yards of color #3020 Contrast: 1 skein Seattle Sokk (100g/440 yrds) I used about 390 yards of Mist The Ferry
Needle: US #5/3.75mm 40”
There are almost 500 stitches at the end so you will want a long cord
Gauge: 24 sts X 12 rows
Notions: stitch markers, darning needle
