This cowl is knit in the round with the Bavarian (twisted stitch) cable pattern worked once over the front and repeated over the back. The cowl begins with a provisional cast on and both the top and the bottom are finished with an Icelandic bind off.

Both chart and written directions for the chart are included. A full chart and an enlarged version are included. The enlarged version is split into 3 scaled parts which can be printed and joined together.
