46 51, 56, 63 cm.

HAT:

Approximate Age: Prem – (8-10) years.

12 (13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20) inches.
31 33, 36, 38, 41, 43, 46, 48, 51 cm.

BOOTIES SOLE SIZE:

Prem – Newborn: 3” 8 cm use 3.00mm hook.
Newborn – 3 Months: 3 ½” 9 cm use 3.50mm hook.
3 – 6 Months: 4” 10 cm use 4.00mm hook.
6 – 12 Months: 4 ½” 11 cm use 4.50mm hook.

YARN USED: Lincraft Makr Cotton 8 ply 50g approx 100m/ 109 yards In Denim. (Any DK 8 Ply or Light Worsted #3 should work but make a sample first).

GAUGE: 4” / 10 cm = 18 stitches and 10 rows in dc using 4.00mm hook.
