Hat
Sizes:
52-53 (54-55, 56-57, 58-59) cm.
(Head circumference in cm)
Hat height:
19 (20, 21, 22) cm.
Yarn:
Drops Big Merino (100% merino, 75 m in 50 g) – 3 skeins.
Tools:
Circular needles 6 mm (length 40 cm);
Circular needles 7 mm (length 40 cm);
Circular needles 7 mm (length 80 cm), for knitting the top of a hat with the Magic Loop method;
tapestry needle.

Knitting level: EASY/INTERMEDIATE.
Skills Required/Techniques Used:

• Knit & purl stitches, cast on & bind off.
• Decreasing.
• Working in the round on double pointed needles or circular needles.
• Pattern chart understanding.

Gauge:
Drops Big Merino (2 threads together):
Stockinette stitch with 7 mm needles – 12 stitches and 18 rows/rounds = 10x10 cm.

Mittens
Size:
One size
17-20 cm (6”-8”) - palm circumference.
Length – 22 cm.
You will need:
Yarn:
Drops Big Merino (100% merino, 75m / 50g) – 1,5 skeins.
or similar DK weight yarn.
Tools:
3,5 mm (US 4) circular needles with 80 cm cable length (Magic Loop Technique);
5 DPNs (Double Point needles) in size 3,5 mm;
sewing needle;
cable needle.

Knitting level: EASY/INTERMEDIATE.

• Decreasing, increasing
• Working in the round on double pointed needles or circular needles
• Pattern chart understanding

Gauge:
Drops Big Merino (1 thread):
